56 Park Place
Stylish, secluded—and in the middle of everything.
Located in the heart of Geneva's South Main Street Historic District on a quiet brick street, 56 Park Place is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom rowhouse that sleeps up to 8 people.
This rowhouse was built in 1821 and retains much of its historic charm. Ceilings are high, windows are big, and the proportions are beautiful!
The first floor has a double parlor with original 200-year-old twin fireplaces. There is ample seating to hang out, watch a movie, or have friends over. The dining room seats 8 people comfortably, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The private garden either is either accessed through the kitchen or at the back of the first-floor hallway.
Upstairs are three bedrooms (1 queen, 1 king, and 2 fulls) and two full bathrooms. The primary bathroom has laundry.
56 Park Place is steps from Hobart and William Smith Colleges’ campus, restaurants in downtown Geneva, and Seneca Lake State Park, all while being a quick drive to nearby wineries.
You have full access to the house. Bedrooms are stocked with sheets, pillows and down comforters and bathrooms have several sets of towels. The house includes high-speed WiFi and laundry. Street parking is free and plentiful both around Pulteney Park and on South Main Street.
